iSites provides an AI-powered web development platform that enables users to create, edit, preview, and deploy web applications. The Service includes:

  • AI-assisted code generation
  • Live preview functionality
  • Project deployment services
  • File storage and management

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing Tiers

iSites offers multiple subscription tiers:

  • Free: Limited features with token usage caps
  • Pro ($29/month): Enhanced features and higher token limits
  • Business ($99/month): Advanced features for teams
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing and features

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Token usage is tracked and may incur additional charges if limits are exceeded
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Token Usage

AI features consume tokens based on usage. Each subscription tier includes a monthly token allocation. Exceeding your allocation may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of AI features until the next billing cycle
  • Additional charges for overage (if enabled)
  • Requirement to upgrade to a higher tier

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Generate content that violates our content policy

7. Content Ownership

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to code, projects, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features is provided to you, but may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated code before use.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of Service resources

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iSites SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iSites from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iSites operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
